At Run North West, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear; if your new running shoes or apparel aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a return.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Gear
Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the shoebox is protected by an outer mailing bag.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Refund Processing
Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
